JAYAO generally uses the National Cancer Institute's designated AYA age range of ; however, it is acceptable for manuscripts submitted from institutions or countries typically using a younger lower age limit to use the lower age limit as appropriate. The COABE Journal seeks contributions from Adult Education practitioners to share best practices, research, innovations, reflections, and reviews for the Spring edition, focusing on Learning Differences. Adults have unique characteristics, including how they take in, process, and make meaning of information. Various learner-centered factors may impact learning, such as their interest and experience with a topic, learning preferences, native language or cultural factors, or cognitive factors. Articles for consideration should focus on one of the topics listed below and follow the criteria for the type of article noted in the Submission Guidelines.
