- 3 tomatoes sliced
- 1 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup of milk
In a large bowl, combine the beaten eggs with the mozzarella, milk, salt, pepper and basil. Pour in a large greased pan and arrange the sliced tomatoes on top. Sprinkle some basil. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 45min.
