Oven baked halibut

I definitely love having fish over any type of main dishes I can imagine, this is always my first choice. I love the light taste of this fish and how it’s easy to cook it with any type of marinade you d like. This time I tried something different and wanted to add a little touch of spicy. I served it with grilled asparagus and fennel. Perfect healthy dinner. 

1 pound of halibut (2 large pieces)

1 tbsp of Dijon mustard 



Olive oil

Juice from one lemon 

Italian seasoning

In a small bowl, mix the mustard, olive oil, half of the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Coat the fish with this mixture and sprinkle on top the Italian seasoning. Bake at 400 for 15 min. 10minutes into the cooking time, pour the rest of the lemon juice.
