Vanilla cookies with banana cream

My husband actually gave me the idea for this recipe. He suggested making banana cream and I was trying to find an idea how to serve it. I made these cookies the day before in a rush so I decided that they would go great together. I recommend making the cookies a day before.

Vanilla cookies:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup of softened butter
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla extract

Banana cream:

  • 1 container of whip cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 bananas mashed

To make the cookies: preheat the oven to 350. Mix the butter and the sugar. Add the eggs and  vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.

In a large greased pan, lay the cookies and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Bake the cream: in a mixer, beat the cream, add the sugar and the bananas.

Start by placing the cookie flat, add the cream and top with a fresh raspberry.
