Honey Mustard Chicken

 
This chicken is absolutely delicious. My husband only likes to eat chicken so over the time I have accumulated countless of chicken recipes but I felt like I needed a new twist to my chicken recipe. I usually make this recipe with chicken breast which is wonderful but decided to try a new one. The results are amazing!
  • 4 chicken leg quarters
  • 1 pounds of small yellow potatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of honey or agave
  • 1/4 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 tsp of dried rosemary
Mix all the ingredients except the chicken and the potatoes. Pour half of the mixture oven the potatoes and bake for 45 min at 400.
Pour the other half of the mixture on the chicken and place the chicken on top of the potatoes. Bake for 20 min. Add a little bit of chicken broth or water on top of the chicken so it doesn’t dry. Sprinkle the rosemary on top and bake for another 20 to 25 min. Place the chicken under the broiler for 5 minutes until the top is nicely brown
